Brookside office was developed in 2020 to provide a modern and spacious head office for Savvy Group, located on the edge of Oxford. The vision was to craft a building that seamlessly fitted into its semi-rural location by encompassing the style and location of existing farm structures on the site. Materials such as authentic brick, natural oak and slate, as well as water and vegetation give the building a timeless feel and are sensitive to the landscape and history of the area. The interior of the office provides contemporary and practical space for Savvy's staff, with timber and brick married to metal and render. The high ceilings and use of glass provide an abundance of natural light, with views onto the grassy central quad or the rolling hills either side. The exterior provides open-air areas for staff to relax, enhanced with styled gardens and water features.
