Renovation begins on Beaumont Street, Oxford for St. John's College

Transformations are underway on Beaumont Street in Oxford, where 18 historic buildings are being revitalized for Savills. Owned by St. John's College, these structures are set to receive a full external makeover. The comprehensive renovations will feature new roofing with skilled re-tiling and lead work, meticulous facade cleaning and repairs, and the enhancement of every window and door with state-of-the-art draught proofing and refurbishment.
