Renovation of Beaumont Street Buildings for St. John's College, Oxford

A new renovation project will shortly commence for 18 buildings on Beaumont Street in Oxford (no.s 13, 15-22 and 25-33) for Savills.  The buildings, owned by St. John's College, will undergo extensive external refurbishment and repairs. Works will include the re-roofing of each building (re-tiling and lead work), facade cleaning and repairs, draught proofing and refurbishment of each window and external door.
