Savvy is set to increase the guest capacity at Heythrop Park Hotel with the construction of a brand new accommodation block. The contract for Warner Leisure Hotels follows their purchase of the estate and a recent multi-million pound renovation of the historic Grade II listed building completed last year. The new block will be situated to the left of the existing main house and to the right of the spa facilities and will be completed whilst the hotel is live. It will comprise 26 en-suite bedrooms, a plant room and lift and will have purpose build connections to the adjacent buildings .
