This project comprised the construction of 11 new-build houses under a JCT contract, for a local landowner in Benson. This scheme was constructed by Savvy working closely with the Architect and Developer over a 12-month duration, providing comfortable family living in a semi-rural location. The houses range in size from two-room bungalows to four-bedroom family homes, with ample gardens and high-quality contemporary finishings in each.
